Sacrifices of Freedom Fighters Are an Invaluable National Legacy: Chief Minister Shri Sai
Raipur// A delegation of Chhattisgarh State Freedom Fighters’ Descendants Association paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai at his office in the Vidhan Sabha complex on Tuesday. The delegation invited Chief Minister to attend a felicitation programme for the families of freedom fighters to be held in Bemetara district on March 23.
Expressing gratitude for the invitation, Chief Minister Shri Sai said the contribution of freedom fighters occupies a place of lasting importance in the nation’s history and honouring their families is a collective responsibility. Such occasions, he noted, are not only an expression of gratitude but also serve to inspire the younger generation with the values of patriotism, dedication and service to the nation.
He added that such initiatives help strengthen national values in society and play an important role in carrying forward the proud legacy of the freedom struggle.
Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Rajakkar Development Board Shri Prahlad Rajak, Association President Dr. Shirish Sharma, Dr. Shivendra Tripathi, Shri Lalit Mishra, Shri Vinayak Diwan and others were present on the occasion.
